I have had such an overwhelming response that I have had to make several changes to the plans.
Due to the large anticipated crowd, we have moved the main event, the auction, to the auditorium located in the Multiband Tower. This is located within the same building as Grazies. If you don’t know where the auditorium is located, please go to Grazies Italian Grill and they will direct you to the auditorium. There will also be signs posted.
To qualify for Door prize you will purchase tickets. The tickets can be purchased at the event.The prices are as follows 1 for $3 or 2 for $5.
All tips will be donated to the benefit.
There will now be a cash bar. Sorry, no tabs!
Auction.pdf is a document that explains the items that will be given away as door prizes and auction items.
We will have both a silent and live auction.
